Charges. Delivery charge varies with each website seller. Certain sellers may waive the delivery charges in certain instances at their sole discretion. You are requested to check with individual sellers to understand their delivery charges. Wherever, delivery charges are included, the same are inclusive of applicable sales tax, octroi, etc. Please note that delivery charges are charged (if at all) extra depending on the seller’s shipping policy. You are requested to verify the same before you place any confirmed order from such sellers.

Delivery. It is possible that the seller or the concerned courier or logistics company have a holiday on or between the day you place your order and the date of delivery thereof to you. In such cases, the delivery dates indicated to you factors such eventualities and provides you with an estimated delivery date. Sometimes the estimated delivery date also depends on factors such as product availability with the seller, destination to which you want the order delivered, location of the seller, etc. estimated delivery time for sellers of the product you are interested in. This is exactly the reason why the estimated delivery timelines for sellers offering the same type of product differ. Some sellers may not offer delivery to certain locations or accept cash on delivery (COD) at their discretion. Please note that you will be able to make purchases on our website from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery/shipping location is in India.

1. Secure Packaging

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in Maniram Jewellers Box.

2. Trusted Shipping

After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Blue-dart, Delhivery and E-com Express to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time. International orders are shipped through the most trusted FedEx or DHL. 

For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support.

Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

3. Happy Unboxing

Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same. 

It usually takes 1-5 days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 5-10 working days for international orders. The time and date of delivery might vary depending on the location.

4. Standard Shipping Charges At Maniram’s

We charge Rs. 50/- for all the domestic orders purchased below Rs. 2000/- and a fixed amount of Rs. 2000/- for all international orders as Shipping Charge. For all the Cash-On-Delivery Orders there will a cash collection charge of Rs. 50/-

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Maniramjewellers.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1,999/-. Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged towards shipping charges.There is an additional convenience fee of Rs 50/- applied if you select Cash On Delivery option for payment.

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days. The accurate delivery time is mentioned on the respective page. For designs with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below the availability message. 

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc. 

Maniram Jewellers uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. 

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include GST only.

Maniram Jewellers has a Cash On Delivery option available on selected pin codes. To check the availability of COD service, please put your pin code while making the purchase.
